Terms of Service

We configure and operate AI-assisted communication, follow-up, and booking workflows for service businesses. The specific scope, deliverables, fees, and term of your engagement are set out in the order form or proposal you sign with us; where those documents conflict with these terms, those documents control.

Setup fees and recurring subscription fees are stated in your order form. Recurring fees are billed in advance for each period. Amounts are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. Late or failed payments may result in suspension of services.

• Provide accurate business information and timely access to the calendars, phone routing, and accounts needed to deliver the service.
• Obtain and maintain any consents required for us to contact your customers and prospects on your behalf, including SMS and call consents.
• Review automated communications configured for your business and tell us promptly if anything needs to change.
• Use the services lawfully and not for prohibited, deceptive, or abusive messaging.

Our services automate repetitive administrative and communication tasks. They do not provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice, and they do not replace professional judgment. You remain responsible for the professional decisions made in your business.

The services depend on third-party platforms and carriers. Their availability, policies, and deliverability are outside our control, and interruptions caused by them are not a breach of these terms.

We retain all rights in our software, workflow templates, prompts, documentation, and site content. You retain all rights in your business content, customer data, and trademarks, and you grant us a limited license to use them to deliver the services.

Each party will protect the other's non-public business information and use it only to perform under the engagement.

Statements on this site describe what the system is capable of doing. They are not promises of specific revenue, booking volume, response times, or other outcomes, which depend on factors specific to your business.

The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Either party may terminate as described in your order form. We may suspend services for non-payment or for use that creates legal or platform risk. On termination, we stop operating the workflows and, on request, return or delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
